I click New Topic and get this UI in response -- I'm in a weird state...

1. I posted a message in the »Comcast Cable TV forum about some HD formatting problem (bottom lines painted on top). In the original posting, I included a graphic called example.jpg.
2. After looking at the message, I decided I didn't like example.jpg. I modified my local machine's copy. I then clicked "edit" and uploaded the new example.jpg.
3. A little foggy here, but at some point, I was looking at my old message with both images presented, the new example.jpg on top. I clicked a link "[del]" for the old example.jpg and got a confirmation page and confirmed the delete.
From this point on, when I click on New Topic in any forum, I have the preview window.
Here is what Firefox says about my cookies:

| What do you get when you're on the main forum page and you start a new topic?
I think what appears in the window at the top is whatever page you were on when you click "new topic". Is that new behavior or has it always been that way?
