You are getting the correct speeds. Do to overhead you will always get about 85% on the high end of your sync rate.

Concord, CA		 Thanks! What made me ask that question was that I was experiencing a lot of stalling and re-synchs last week so I was thinking maybe something was wrong with my line or I have a modem going south and that the overhead was a bit high.
