If you talk with the tech that fixes it, let us know what the problem was. It will be interesting to find out what causes this. I'm not certain that it is a simple bridged tap as their remote diagnostic software indicates. Something like an intermittent partial short to another pair comes to mind. This extra wiring could act as a "bridged tap" during the electrical connection to your line. |

Bellflower, CA | Well a tech came by today and found a short on the buried line.
They should be back tomorrow to repair it, hopefully everything will be fine then.
