For some reason this port is leaving and joining the bundle. I would verify your etherchannel configuration on both sides.

The second error is saying that a Non-Trunk port received an 802.1Q BPDU frame on Gig0/7 on VLAN1. This would indicate that there is another switch connected to VLAN1 that is statically configured for trunking and your 3508 is not.

As belushi said, the best place to start with debug log messages is the Cisco Error message decoder.
