A few users have had problems with Bell throttling outside of those hours but for the majority it's just 4pm to 2am. If you're throttled outside those hours talk to Deadpool, he works for Bell. -- Taylor Byrnes www.taylorbyrnes.org |

But generally yes if you leave it on all night you should be good as it will download faster. |

| Hello,
I just switched over from Rogers to Teksavvy today. Service starts up on May 29th. Go me ^_^
I assume I'll be throttled since I'm in the Bayview and Sheppard area, but I just wanted to clarify how throttling works.
So during throttle hours my torrent downloads will slow down to 30kbs? But not during those hours I get full speed, correct?
So if I leave torrents running 24/7, say a movie for example, it would likely download over night without a problem?
Or are torrents at all times seeing slow download speeds?
Thanks for your help |
