rmk70 : Hello,

I just switched over from Rogers to Teksavvy today. Service starts up on May 29th. Go me ^_^

I assume I'll be throttled since I'm in the Bayview and Sheppard area, but I just wanted to clarify how throttling works.

So during throttle hours my torrent downloads will slow down to 30kbs? But not during those hours I get full speed, correct?

So if I leave torrents running 24/7, say a movie for example, it would likely download over night without a problem?

Or are torrents at all times seeing slow download speeds?

Thanks for your help :)
