$200 is a much more palatable price and more in line with what the general populace is willing to pay I bet. The iPhone is not worth $399 or $499, no phone is.
I agree. I wonder how this will affect the pricing of other yet-to-be-released high-end phones, such as the Nokia N95? There's a lot of them available already on eBay, and surely many more to come.
