Before your connected to the VPN server the reported IP will be the public IP of your client at your remote location. After you connect to the VPN server the reported IP should be your public IP at home. Then you know your connecting to the internet through the home VPN server. You can also use a <b>tracert your.ISP.EmailServer.address</b> command to trace the route to the server. The first reported hop should be to your VPN server.<br><br>Beyond that Remote Desktop (as noted by <i>jpaik</i>) or similar program is an option as is using your ISP webmail if its <b>SSL</b> encrypted.<br><br>If its not you can setup a Gmail account (which is fully SSL encrypted) to <b>fetch</b> your personal email from your ISP. I do that while traveling. The screen shot details how I have Gmail setup to do that. No vpn required.<br><br>If not, you would make the vpn connection, then you could run a remote desktop app on your home pc and the remote pc, (like Radmin) and "take over" your home pc's desktop. Then launch Outlook. ]]></description>
