| Upgrade question...
I used to have Elite package but then when I moved, I was told I'm too far from CO so I got Express DSL ($25/mo).
It's been year and half since I moved. Yesterday, I decided to upgrade my connection to Elite 'online' (just for fun of it and to see what will happen). Also, I "called" few times in the past to upgrade my line but was told again, I'm too far.
I just did speed test and this is what I have:
Your Throughput
Download = 4.974 Mbps
Upload = 641.53 kbps
My order status says, it's still processing. Does this mean, maybe I'll be upgraded to Elite package? ^^ |

You have elite throughput speeds, if you can check your sync speeds they will be 6016/768 |

confirmed. Got call from ATT, confirming my upgrade.
Not that i'm complaining, I'm bit surprised that my line is upgraded to Elite.
Wish I get more download speed. Is there anyway to get more download speed? |

Indy | The maximum throughtput speed for the elite package is 5.0mbps download 650 kbps upload your numbers are close.
I'm a little suprised your upgrade was problem free.
Check with your cable provider for faster speeds |
