How is the enclosure pressurized?

Is it done at the CO end of the span?

Each case is pressurized locally. To about 6-8 PSI to keep out moisture.

I've never seen one feeding off a pressurized section of cable.

I have found a few in manholes (not BST/att) that where pressurized via. the stub vs. an airpipe.
