|  When to renew?
I received a courtesy email yesterday saying that I need to renew now for another annual contract to avoid being switched to month-to-month. My last invoice shows I'm paid until 6/1/08.
For those experienced with DSLX, I have some questions:
1. Is there some deadline before the "paid to" date to renew an annual contract? Or can it be renewed one day prior to the expiration?
2. I visited the Modify Subscription link and the price for another year is up -- no special offers, nothing but just one price option. It is disappointing, but after googling I found that AT&T (my network) has raised their prices so I understand and won't be complaining about DSLX. Boo to AT&T!
3. Do prices typically go up or down when nearing the end of the month when people are renewing? In other words, I want to avoid renewing now and then find out that it's cheaper but I also want to avoid waiting and getting stuck with a higher price? What do you guys think will happen?

You can renew your contract at any time. If you dont renew before the current contract is up the account will automatically switch to month-to-month rates until you do renew the contract.
If you register for the forum and send me a private message with your account info I can take a look at the subscriptions available to you.
I am not currently aware of an plans to change the month-to-month or contract rates for existing customers any time soon as we have already recently gone under some pricing changes do to the aforementioned ATT rate increases.
