The feature is available. What you need to do is look at a channel Lineup (link at bottom of post) and find the channel numbers associated with the VOD categories you need to block, then go to the parental controls menu and block the numbers associated with those categories. Its the only way as of yet to block VOD content aside from putting a PPV block on the account or PPV purchase limit of less than $2.99 which is the cheapest PPV I've seen.
