I'm having a weird issue with only one TV in our apartment. It has a weird off-horizontal/diagonal lines running across the entire screen.
This only occurs when watching cable TV (dvds through the Xbox 360, and VHS are unaffected) ... AND it seems to happen when my laptop AC adapter is plugged in to any power socket in the house ( I have tried EVERY power socket ).
So I'm guessing there's an issue with the AC adapter causing interference.
Any suggestions?

have you tried a surge protector
after that if you still have an issue swap out the AC adapter...if that doesn't work
tell your mngr to get the electrician out to fix the grounding |
