I am almost in the same boat as you but Fios is still not available to order in my apartment and I cannot get them to wire it even though it is 4 apartments no matter who I call and I am friends with the landlord and have permission to do anything I want and still a no go.

The only reason I do have Fios internet is because the house next to my building can get Fios and my landlord owns it and my friend lives there so I asked to install Fios there and got the ok so I ran a 160 foot cat 5 cable there and got internet only so I got lucky that I was able to get that and I couldn't be happier with the SUPER CONSISTENT speeds I get now.

I hope you get something soon Dave because I have been there and it sucks !!!! Good luck

Floral Park, NY		 Its not stealing I am paying for it but have it installed at my friends house and only I am using it. If they had it installed here I would get it but they won't do it yet so that was my only option.
