Blogger supports custom domains. It's in blogger settings somewhere. Depending on where you bought your domain, you can setup "frame forwarding" to forward the domain to your blogger.com blog. Your domain will remain in the Address Bar, but website content will be your blogger.com blog.

Most registrants offer this as a standard free service. If yours doesn't, you can use: Zoneedit.com and use their frame forwarding. There's no cost for zoneedit.com up to 5 domains.
