[Connectivity] Internet/Voip dropouts & disconnects

Had Comcast install voip service a month ago or so. All was fine... internet/phone all good.

Suddenly on the weekend of 4/25 I started getting random disconnects and outages of varying length. I could go for several hours of uptime then all would go down for a short time then back up.

This continued a little into Monday the 27 then cleared up for the rest of the week till Friday 5/2.

Then this morning,Saturday 5/3, I got a "storm" of disconnects...up and down all morning. Then finally it went down and never came back.

Powercycled the modem and reset the voip modem as well..nothing. Called tech support no outages locally.

My question...Both modems are not receiving data now..what could cause this? Thanks
