| Qwest Filipino Support is Awesome
I just got off the phone with a Qwest tech in the Philippines. I was *extremely* happy with the service the tech provided (my RDNS controls at Qwest.net are totally messed up, so he escalated it and made the RDNS changes I wanted to make). Just because they're in another country doesn't mean they're dumb.. he was in fact very knowledgeable. And if we're gonna get on the topic of accents, he was as easy to understand as a regular American. |

But of course, they were fixing a screw up made by people here in the US. |

I probably should also mention that the IVR sent me to the wrong department. The person I got in the other department (in Omaha) was wonderful and, rather than "hard transferring" me, he did a "soft transfer" which means they actually explain the problem to the other person.
All around, an awesome experience. |
