Cogeco blocking my server in USA

Hi All,

Any idea why would cogeco block my website (and my server at the same time), it's hosted in USA. The url of it is www.pulsion.ca and it seems that BELL also block it.

It all stopped to work yesterday during the morning. It has been over 2 years I'm having no problem and now it all stopped to work.

Can anyone help me, some customers are frustrated

Not sure, but I also see it fine here too...

And, also, because I'm a swell guy I checked it on Bell as well and it's fine there too.

My guess, server issues of some sort. Or pebcak.

What should I ask cogeco's customer service to resolve that problem ?

I can access the website using the IP but all domains using that IP cannot be seen.

Also, other guys using Cogeco in my area cannot see those domains.

Well, first, asking anything to "customer service" concerning that issue won't resolve anything Although tech support could look into this for you...

But since I'm already posting here, I'll have a look monday on this issue when I get to work...

For sure it ain't "blocked", have you done any change at all ?

What's your primary DNS server?

so if you go to DOS and ping the domain address, does it give the proper ip? no? then try

ipconfig /flushdns

ping it again

still no/wrong ip?

type :
nslookup
server 4.2.2.3

type in the domain

is the ip correct?

if no, its a DNS issue with the domain, if yes its a DNS issue with Cogeco or whatever DNS server you are using.

Don't know if this helps, but I'm in Brazil at the moment and tried it through my provider here. No problems. So it is working internationally as well.
