Please include your account number, modem mac address, contact number and best time to call you. For the time being, in order to try to get both your phone and internet working, please connect your modem directly to the main coaxial line (coming from the pole outside) in order to bypass any splitters. If you are then not experiencing packet loss or downtime, the splitter may be no good.
