Please include your account number, modem mac address, contact number and best time to call you.  For the time being, in order to try to get both your phone and internet working, please connect your modem directly to the main coaxial line (coming from the pole outside) in order to bypass any splitters. I never would of thought a data plan on tmobile would be more reliable then OOL.. its to the point now where I don't know if I should switch back to normal phone service..<br><br>the funny thing is uploads speeds are untouched but no computers work on websites]]></description>
