TKJunkMail : Cyren Call is trying to get the Rural Cellular Association(RCA) to join together as a consortium and then bid jointly on the D-Block spectrum and do this before year end. Given the current financial markets and the complexity of getting a large group of small rural cellular carriers to agree on a framework, it is very unlikely that they could put together a credible bid. Their only hope is that the FCC(thru congressional arm-twisting) decides to practically give away the D-Block spectrum.

But Cyren Call has its own problems as the Congress investigates their ties to the Public Safety Spectrum Trust(PSST) and the mess the two made of the D-Block bidding the 1st time around.

Maybe if the D-Block is to go this year, the PSST should hire a different management adviser and dump Cyren Call.
--
My BLOG .. ..
