I am also on sudden link and am getting SLOW speeds -- I will call tomorrow and ask if there is anything they can do. What is everyone else hearing?

Suddenlink told me that Rapidshare was performing slowly and that they hadn't capped it. I didn't bother to escalate it beyond a first level tech when I called, but I probably will when I'm off for the day on Monday.
