ok thanks, and this is the latest firmware i need then? How do i go about uploading it to the modem, or do i just launch the file? Also will i need an activation key or no? thanks for all the help so far.

Barbourville, KY		 Its the most current version windstream is using. Just launch the file and click "Update Firmware", It need no activation key.
