Re: Strange SMTP problems. I have been having the same issues as are posted in this thread for about 2 months.... I have made all the changes necessary, and tried several times to reconcile this issue...
after finally getting through to someone at att (albeit offshore outsourced technical support), it seems that the issue can be easily resolved by NOT updating your smtp settings to the current att servers listed, rather, use (or go back to using) 'mail.sbcglobal.net' with Port 25, and NO authentication or SSL
