Looks like they finally hit the "ACTUAL CITY" of Detroit (not the burbs)!

Please let us know, Detroit, when there is evidence the D3 tiers are actually available for order/install.

Phone cutting in and out.....all sorts of issues..yet no internet disconnects. The tech said its too hot up on the pole......I dunno whats going on!

And from the first post in this thread, please notice:

If you wish to tell us you don't have a DOCSIS 3.0 tier available, please do that here.

Big thread, let's restrict it to only reports of D3 availability (for order and install).

Thanks, everyone, for your cooperation.

Well first, to be able to tell, if you really still have a SB5120, you need to get your modem swapped for a SB6120 or similar D3 modem. You won't see channel bonding or any improved speeds or anything else D3 related until you do.

Still, lovely PB you got there.

Re: Is the DOCSIS 3 rollout complete in your area? Post here.

That shows upgrades are likely happening on your local network. What we're asking in this thread, however, is for reports when DOCSIS 3 tiers are actually available for order. That sometimes comes some time after you see signs of the upgrade.

If you meant to be announcing the appearance of upstream channel bonding, this is the wrong thread.

How did you get the extreme 50 tier? I only see the fast 105. I just got downstream and upstream bonding last night

Tucson/Pima should now have DOCSIS 3. Came home last Sunday from a one week trip and noticed the blue light on the SB 6120.

I had 16/2 previously.

Speeds though have actually dropped, before this switchover I was getting 30-35 Mbps down and 3.5-4 Mbps up, now this-

I think they still have some bugs to work out of the deployment. I know they haven't finished the D3 work in the Willits or Fort Bragg areas yet, just Ukiah and now Redwood Valley, so maybe it's just temporary. We're on the Blast! Tier, but those definitely aren't Blast! speeds.
