It's been up and running since April 30th. I wanted to wait a little to make sure the new connection with you guys was stable which it has been. So now it's time to call AT&T then. Thanks for your help.

One other thing..I've read a few posts about people who have switched and when they called and canceled there was a loss of dialtone and had to place a disconnect/reconnect order which can take up to 10 business days. What do you think the odds are on this happening when I call? My service on DSL Extreme is up and running. When switching over I opted to use the ISP change process offered by DSL Extreme. When I log into my AT&T account it tells me that DSL service is being supplied by another company.
