| I can get to the point where it finds the site so it resolves, just won't load the page. Odd. This is with both IE and FF. Must be just me then. Hmmm. I can view the page source code as well. Thank for checking. Now it's time to start seriously digging on my end.
I can get to shopping.hp.com with no issues. Very odd. Must be some script on their main site that my PC doesn't like.

Apparently, HP gets transit from AT&T Worldnet Services (ATTW). This is one of the few sites I see where I go through ATTW transit to the destination:
I can reach other destinations without going through ATTW transit:
And...
And...
And...
And...
The fact that my traces always start on AT&T Internet Services (ATTIS) transit is not related to seeing ATTW transit later in the trace.
