More details... I.E what type of gear are you using, what type of receive sensitivity does the CPE and AP have.
Is there trees or foliage in the way or not?
Try moving the CPE to another location. Its possible your getting some kind of reflection form where it is now. IT could be foliage but with out more info its hard to tell.
