I wanted to wait a little to make sure the new connection with you guys was stable which it has been. So now it's time to call AT&T then. Thanks for your help. One other thing..I've read a few posts about people who have switched and when they called and canceled there was a loss of dialtone and had to place a disconnect/reconnect order which can take up to 10 business days. What do you think the odds are on this happening when I call? I am a seller on Ebay which is my primary income and cannot afford to have my service out that long.
