I called for service and they told me I would need "service protection" plan or pay for the service call.  I said to the CSR what does this plan cover and she said the cable boxes.<br><br>I said to the CSR they are your boxes, you own them.  The signal level is bad all over; you want me to pay?  She got rude at that point so I terminated the call.<br><br>Anyone else hear such foolishness?]]></description>

Oddly I get really terrible pixelation and or audio is high pitched and dropping out (~33% of the time). The compression they are using is horrid... I  may have to move to DirecTV, Dish Network or FiosTV.]]></description>
