I called for service and they told me I would need "service protection" plan or pay for the service call. I said to the CSR what does this plan cover and she said the cable boxes.

I said to the CSR they are your boxes, you own them. The signal level is bad all over; you want me to pay? She got rude at that point so I terminated the call.
