He put an amp on the line because I have 5 outlets (even though only 2 have TVs, plus the cable modem makes three)

digiblur Got Sipura? Premium join:2002-06-03 Louisiana	An amp for 3 outlets? Must be really low at the tap. Try the cable modem as the only outlet connected with no amp, no splitters.
