| Help with Comcast internet inside!!!
I have had my comcast internet for a while now. Yesterday when I opened up my Internet Explorer it always takes me to this comcast website and then when I try to goto another website it takes me back to the same comcast web page. How do I get get around this?? It wont let me goto no website at all!!!! |

| I think its sounds like you are being routed to a provisoning page. Comcast billing might not be recognizing your modem as paying for the service. It sounds like a page that I have seen before when people do self-installs and need to start up the billing for a new modem. You are going to have to call into tech support for this one I think. |

the page you are seeing is called the walled garden. call comcast and tell them your modem is in walled garden status and the should be able to reprovision for you.also check your connection settings.it should be set to auto. detect dns settings not "use these dns setting" |
