I think its sounds like you are being routed to a provisoning page. Comcast billing might not be recognizing your modem as paying for the service. It sounds like a page that I have seen before when people do self-installs and need to start up the billing for a new modem. You are going to have to call into tech support for this one I think. |

@verizon.net | Ok it told me to enter my comcast account number. I did that but I keep getting this error everytime I enter my account number in. I dont know what else to do??? |
