I work for A-Channel Ottawa, and we do not shoot/broadcast in HD. So it is not possible, sorry!

Well, Hull is Videotron country and they don't have A Channel in HD that's for sure. Looking at Rogers Toronto lineup, they don't have A Channel in HD either.
