Re: How do my signals look?

New values with Amp removed. Note that my download speeds jumped from roughly 4mbps to 10mbps.

Downstream
Freq/Power: 117.000 MHz 5 dBmV
Signal to Noise Ratio: 37 dB
Modulation: QAM256
Upstream
Freq/Power: 24.304 MHz 34 dBmV
Channel Type: DOCSIS 1.x (TDMA)
Symbol Rate: 2560 kSym/sec
Modulation: QAM16
Edit: Just a note, this is with the splitter still in play. I can't remove the splitter because it's inside Cox's box on the side of the house and that thing is locked up tight. I unplugged the amp from power, but I can't actually get to the amp because it's in that box as well.

Edit 2: The tap is literally in my back yard, and the drop is brand new. This neighborhood is only 4 years old, I'd be amazed if there were signal problems here already. I'm not sure why he put the amp on.
