Like I said, for the first 2 days the speeds were TWICE what I was getting with Rogers.

On the other hand, Rogers was ALWAYS consistent @ 1 mbps. I joined 3web 5 days ago and for the first 2 or 3 days the speed was awesome. I'm on the Silver package and I was getting 2mb downloads (twice the advertised speed).

The past 2 days my tested speed has been 1.5 mbps, but I can only download things at a max of 30 kbps... which is horrible.

A few question for long-time 3web users:

Do they throttle? If so, when and how bad?

Is YouTube throttled? I've been getting terrible speeds lately.

How's the service overall?
