What's your investment budget on this project?

Specifically how much to you have to get it started and how much money will you put in to marketing?

I would dump about $150k into it and put up some access points, get some good internet, and buy 100pk of SM's then send around a money mailer for $39.95 month, $49 install (on discount from $199 or whatever).
