Q The poster has stated that they have had an account with CC "for awhile now"... Dude, why are you assuming that their modem is either lost, stolen, or a hand me down ?? I've seen many times where a software / application glitch with the system or the modem results in a loss of provisioning. Traditionally , responses to posters here at BBR are a bit more friendly, no ? Agreed that the only way to correct this is with a call in to a CSR.
