|  [MO] DVR remote not working for the DVR
just all of sudden the remote will not control the DVR now. it will turn on and off the tv and up and down of the volume.
i called in and they said it would be Wednesday before someone could come out and fix or replace the remote.
Does anyone in the Marshfield MO area work for Mediacom that can come by |

Have you tried reprogramming it? See the back of the remote for code search procedure if you don't have the list of codes.
BTW if you go to your local office and swap the remote it's free but if you get a tech to bring one it's $29. |

The cable ID lock, you need to unlock it then input the code for the cable box(should be 1376) and lock it again |
