| Account Reset?
I was wondering if anyone here could "reset" my old "DataRiker" account. I thought it would be a super smart idea to change my email for privacy, but now i can't get a password sent to my email. Yes i know that was not very smart at all.
If it is at all possible, could they use the email i am currently using on this account? |

| The DataRiker account appears to be an active account to me; it has not had a login in a long time, though. I'm not sure I understand what you mean about changing the e-mail for privacy (I'm slow sometimes).
If you have access to the e-mail address on that account, you can use the "forgot password" link to generate a password that will let you log in to it.
If you do not have access to the e-mail address on that account but you know the password, you can simply log in and change the e-mail address.
2 accounts cannot use the same e-mail address.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I don't know the password, and i don't know the email. So sorry, is there anything you can do?
after i signed up, i changed my email to a random address just for privacy. I thought it sounded like a good idea, but obviously it was not. Now i wish i didn't do that. I made this new account while i tried to remember the old password, but i give up !
p.s. if you look at the email address its totally made up. I know that was dumb dumb dumb. |
