 Catalyst replacement fan?

Anyone have source for a replacement fan for a WS-C2950T-24?

Somebody on ebay is selling them for $39 + $30 shipping from Israel. Needless to say I'm not biting.

Thanks

Ebay is a lot cheaper than CDW. I remember I had to buy a rack mount kit for a Cisco switch. The mount kit costed me $125 if I bought through CDW. Heck, it was just 2 brackets and some screws.

I bought off ebay for $30 instead.

I'm guessing the switch is not covered under current Smartnet contract? If the switch is covered, then you can simply open case with Cisco to have a free new replacement

Just get the right voltage, size and CFM and you should be fine. I've had to replace a few fans over the years, and a little soldering and correct voltage/size/airflow is all thats really required.

I have a WS-C2924C-XL that no longer works (it powers up, but will not complete post), if the fans from this unit will work with your C2950T I could just either send you the whole unit or yank the fans and send em.
