The DataRiker account appears to be an active account to me; it has not had a login in a long time, though. I'm not sure I understand what you mean about changing the e-mail for privacy (I'm slow sometimes).
If you have access to the e-mail address on that account, you can use the "forgot password" link to generate a password that will let you log in to it.
If you do not have access to the e-mail address on that account but you know the password, you can simply log in and change the e-mail address.
2 accounts cannot use the same e-mail address.
