Somebody on ebay is selling them for $39 + $30 shipping from Israel. Needless to say I'm not biting.
I'm guessing the switch is not covered under current Smartnet contract? If the switch is covered, then you can simply open case with Cisco to have a free new replacement

clubs:		 Just get the right voltage, size and CFM and you should be fine. I've had to replace a few fans over the years, and a little soldering and correct voltage/size/airflow is all thats really required.
