[DTV] Digital TV Converter Boxes

DFWDraco76 : So I guess I'm a tightwad... We decided not to get cable or satellite or FIOS TV when we bought our house 6 months ago, and now the thought of forking over an extra $60-$80/mo for something we don't use often seems pretty ridiculous. (though I'm still jonesing for a dvr!!) So we're using the antenna that's up in the attic.

I got my Digital TV converter box coupons in the mail last week, and am trying to decide which box to buy. Does anybody have firsthand experience with this stuff? What should I be looking for to differentiate between the available models? I haven't had much time to shop around yet, but at first glance they all look pretty much the same...

EDIT: here is a list of eligible converter boxes.

--
my blog: »dfwdraco76.blogspot.com
my website: »www.thelifeofbrian.info
