So far I have had no response from the letter I mailed. I enclosed a copy of my sales receipt showing an amount credited of $179.95 and explained that I had never received a refund check.
If it was just a few dollars I wouldn't care, but $179.95 is money I could sure use.
I would not lightly "flame" a business on a forum, but since this is where I got the name of the company - I feel I should let people know how they treat their customers. |
