anon : I am unfortunately having the same problem with Montana Satellite. When I asked questions before my purchase, I was responded to quickly. When I received a part that didn't fit, they responded quickly also with return/refund instructions. I tracked my return package, which arrived at there business over a month ago. Now, no one will respond to my emails inquiring about my refund and I've sent one weekly. I dont think it's too much to ask that a company tell you that the refund is at least being processed or acknowlege messages. I wont do business with them again.

jackpinegirl : Hi,

Have any of you had dealings with this company? I purchased some equipment from them at a time when their on-line credit card processing was not working. I sent them a check and then, cancelled part of the order. They assured me they would mail me a check for the refund and I have never received it. I have emailed them several times, but they won't reply to my emails. I'll give it one more try, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with them.
