Pardon my ignorance, but why would putting another router before the Vonage router cause it not to affect the internet speeds? What settings are changed to make a difference? Isn't the Vonage router doing the same thing it was doing before?
My current set up is:
Broadband > Cable Modem > Vonage Adapter/Router > Computer
Where do you put the other router in that set-up?

| Yes the Vonage router is doing the same thing it was doing before, the difference is the user would connect to the other router so their connection wouldn't be passed through the Vonage router causing slow speeds.
