One additional piece of info was needed, so the request lost a day to the timing of our message trading (and the weekend).

After all necessary info was in Verizon Direct's hands, the switch over happened in less than an hour after order was submitted into Verizon systems.

If you have a Westell, the IP should be 192.168.1.1 . If you have one of the newer Verizon branded modems or one of the slim ones, I'm not familiar with them too much but you can certainly find info for them.

Once you're in the modem, find the DSL Transceiver Stats and post them up.
