Planned 100% Coverage?

Fox McCloud : Well, it's May, and my remote terminal wasn't upgraded this year (I would think if they were going to upgrade it, it would have been done by now), so it looks like it'll be next year (or later).

My question is, when is it planned that Embarq will have 100% coverage in their territory? Last year, I heard that it was going to be by the end of 2009, but, at the current rate of things (not to mention our trashy dollar which gives the appearance of rising prices), I don't see how this is going to happen.

Is 2009 still projected, or has that date been moved back?
--
"True Patriotism is more closely linked with dissent than it is to conformity and a blind desire for safety and security...I accept the definition of patriotism as that effort to resist abusive state power." -Ron Paul
