If you just pay late and don't have to have a tech come to your door the late fee is 5bucks. Techs start getting the disco orders at 53days late, I think thats right don't quote me.

Collections people get our non-pays at 54 days past due here. As has been said there is a $20 fee if a payment is collected at the door-however in my area that fee is only for people who pay less than their current balance. If they get current then the fee is waived. But as has been said, different policies in different areas.
