 Shaw Employee Question

Just wondering, are employee's allowed to access "RSCTOOLS" out of shaw, like on the internet from home for checking their own signals, or not allowed? Just curious and wondering. Thought i'd ask.

it can be done, when i worked for shaw i did it all the time. i dont think there is any problem with doing it as long as dont leave it logged in on a friends computer.

also i wouldn't post things on these forums related to shaws tools or the names of them. When i worked for the company, supervisors would watch places like this and sometimes people got into trouble. Just warning you.

When in doubt, ask your supervisor or tier 2 about accessing tools from home and such. the worst they can say is no.

the tools you speak of are available from home and service techs use them to check signal and levels when on site.
